This wonderful apartment is the creation of interior designer Melinda Néder she was given a basic brief but one that allowed her free enterprise in the development and design of the home. “A friendly, 130m2 modern family home was born from a construction site during one and a half years The owners had only few requests: that the home must be a modern, sleek style, in black and white colors completed with mainly red and silver. I refined only to change the too much black and white color for anthracite- off-white one, so we got a much more friendly colors. They had an other important request to find a place for vinyl record collection. I got totally free hand during the whole work only I had to consider the budget. I must say I was lucky because the owners fully trusted me so I had the opportunity to dream and to realize the dreams.

The high glossy finish on many items create the feeling of space and cleanliness while the silver wallpaer adds a touch of class to the room. Adding red gives a splash of colour to give the property a modern bright feel even though most of the elements are nutrual in colour.
Space is maximised with the addition of extra storage and shelving in spaces that may not normally be utilised, built into the walls you find storage for most things including the wood for the burner, as well as the kitchen appliances built into an understair space. The layout has everything well thought out to add functionality and a warm friendly home to come back to.
